Apps that work together

Scheduling, customer portals, field service and warehouse — built by the same team on the same foundation, with one sign-in and an AI assistant across all of them. Pick what you need.

Works on its own — or with your ERP

Calendar, portal and service run without an ERP. When you have one, they connect to it and keep the data in step — two-way, through the ERP's standard API.

  • Excellent Books
  • Standard ERP by HansaWorld
  • Excellent ERP

Standard ERP by HansaWorld is known as Excellent ERP in the Baltics, Finland and Norway. More ERP connections are on the way.

One team, one toolkit, every job done well.

25 years of building business software at Burti taught us what makes it useful. It is not features — it is how the pieces fit. Three things matter:

01

Automate the boring

Reminders, confirmations, status updates, invoice chasing, stock movements. When systems talk to each other, the repetitive work stops landing on people's plates.

02

Simplify the complex

Booking a colleague's time. Sending an invoice with a payment link. Getting a signed worksheet back from the van. Things that involve several people and steps should not feel like a project each time.

03

Connect the pieces

Calendar, portal, service, warehouse — and your ERP if you have one. The data flows between them by default. No re-keying, no exports, no copy-paste between tabs. That is what we mean by an integrated solution.

Each app is useful on its own. The point is that they are made to fit together — same sign-in, same data, same team behind them. Start with one. Add the next when it makes sense.

Herbe is named after Hörbe — a gnome from a children's book whose hat could hold whatever the day asked of it. Different things, one hat. These apps are different too, but they come from the same place: 25 years of building business software at Burti, now shaped into products anyone can use.
