Your team's schedule is scattered across five apps

The ERP has the activities. Outlook has the meetings. Google has the personal events. Zoom and Teams each keep their own calls, and Calendly holds the external bookings. To check if someone is free, you open them all — and hope you did not miss one.

  • One view: every person side by side, every source colour-coded
  • Each source loads on its own, so nothing waits for the slowest
  • Public holidays per person, so nobody is booked on a day off

One calendar that shows everything

Team views

People side by side in day, 3-day, 5-day, week or month views. Favourites and quick switching.

Works with your ERP

Create, edit and drag ERP activities and to-dos straight from the calendar — changes write back. Several ERP databases side by side.

Every source

Outlook, Google (personal and Workspace), Zoom, Calendly and any ICS feed, each loading independently.

Client booking

Clients book through a secure link. Buffers, day limits and Teams, Meet or Zoom links added automatically.

Calendar sharing

Share with colleagues at three levels: busy only, titles, or full details.

All tasks in one list

ERP to-dos, Microsoft To Do and Google Tasks in one panel. Tick them off, turn them into events.

Kanban boards

Show activities as a sales pipeline or a sprint board. Drag a card — the record updates.

iPhone app and widgets

Home-screen and lock-screen widgets, and your iCloud and Exchange calendars in the same view.

Notifications

Reminders before meetings, alerts when you are assigned, comments on items you watch. In-app inbox, iPhone push and quiet hours.

AI connector (MCP)

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Codex when someone is free, to create an event or to book a customer. It works as you, and risky changes wait for your approval.

Sign in with herbe ID

One login for your herbe apps: a Microsoft work account, a passkey or an e-mailed code. Sign out of herbe ID and the calendar follows.

Ask panel

Press Ask or Cmd/Ctrl+J to open herbe assist beside the calendar. It knows which ERP activity you have open.

Booking, fully under your control

Build as many booking templates as you need — each with its own people, availability rules and destination. You decide what is checked, what is shown and where the event lands.

  • Per template: who can be booked and which calendars count as busy
  • The event lands where you choose — an ERP activity, Outlook with Teams, Google with Meet, or Zoom
  • Control what clients see — slot count, buffers, day limits, holidays
  • Secure links, no client account needed

Sign in once. Ask in plain words.

Sign in to the calendar with herbe ID, the same login your other herbe apps use. Then ask Claude or ChatGPT about your calendar, or press Ask inside it. Both work as you, with your rights on screen and never more.

  • Press Ask or Cmd/Ctrl+J for herbe assist beside the calendar; it knows which ERP activity you have open
  • With the connector, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and personal ID codes are removed before the AI company receives your calendar data
  • AI is off until an admin switches it on for you in herbe ID

  • Sign in once with herbe ID

A Microsoft work account, a passkey or an e-mailed code, with no new password. Sign out of herbe ID and the calendar signs you out within a few minutes.

  • Ask Claude or ChatGPT

Add the herbe connector once. Ask when a colleague is free, create an event, log an activity or book a customer through your booking link.

  • You approve what matters

Deleting an event, inviting someone outside your organisation or booking an outside customer waits for your Approve in the browser.

Up and running in three steps

  1. Connect your sources

Add Outlook, Google, Zoom, Calendly, ICS feeds and your ERP in the admin panel. Each one loads on its own.

  2. See everyone together

Your team side by side across every calendar, with colour-coded sources and holidays per person.

  3. Share and book

Share calendars with colleagues, and let clients book through templates checked against every source.

Questions we hear most

Do we need an ERP to use herbe calendar?

No. It works with Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly and ICS feeds alone. If you run Excellent Books or Standard ERP by HansaWorld (known as Excellent ERP in the Baltics, Finland and Norway), it also reads and writes your ERP activities and to-dos.

Does everyone have to sign up separately for Outlook or Google?

No. One Microsoft setup covers the whole company, and Google can be connected per person or for the whole Workspace at once.

Where does a booked meeting end up?

Where the booking template says: as an ERP activity, an Outlook event with a Teams link, a Google event with a Meet link, or with a Zoom meeting.

Can I use Claude or ChatGPT with herbe calendar?

Yes. Add the herbe ID connector, an address ending in /mcp, in Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. The assistant works as you, with your rights. Deleting an event, inviting outsiders and booking a customer wait for your approval in the browser. An admin switches AI on for you first.

How do people sign in?

With herbe ID, the one login for herbe apps: a Microsoft work account, a passkey or an e-mailed code. The calendar's older e-mail sign-in keeps working until an admin turns it off.
