Calendar sharing

Let colleagues see as much of your calendar as you choose: that you are busy, what the events are called, or everything.

You decide how much shows

Busy only

Colleagues see that the time is taken, and nothing more.

Titles

Colleagues also see what each event is called.

Full details

Colleagues see the whole event, for the people you trust with it.

Work and personal life, side by side

Sharing works across the calendars you bring into herbe calendar, so a colleague booking a meeting sees when you are not free.

  • Three levels

Busy only, titles or full details.

  • Google calendars

Share Google calendars with colleagues at the same three levels.

  • Personal feeds

Share ICS feeds, such as a school timetable, at a visibility you control.

How to start

  1. Connect your calendars

Add Outlook, Google or an ICS feed.

  2. Choose a level

Busy only, titles or full details.

  3. Colleagues see it in their view

Your availability shows up next to everyone else's.

Questions about calendar sharing

What can colleagues see?

That depends on the level you pick: busy only, titles, or full details.

Can I share a Google calendar?

Yes. Google calendars can be shared with colleagues at the same three visibility levels.

Can I share a personal calendar feed?

Yes. Personal ICS feeds can be shared with colleagues at controlled visibility.

Can I share a calendar with someone outside the company?

Yes. A share link opens a read-only view without a login, at the level you choose. You can set an expiry date and a password, and delete the link to stop it at once.

My iPhone calendars are private. What do colleagues see?

On the iPhone app your iCloud, Exchange and Gmail calendars show up in your own view. Colleagues see you as busy, and you see the full picture.

Share what you want to share

We set up sharing with your calendars and show you each level.
