What each source does
Some sources read and write, some only read. Here is how they pair.
- Works with Excellent Books and Standard ERP by HansaWorld (known as Excellent ERP in the Baltics, Finland and Norway): two-way, several databases side by side
- Google personal and Workspace modes can run together without duplicate events
- ICS feeds: several per person, public feeds need no login
- Outlook and Google
Read and create events, with Microsoft To Do and Google Tasks alongside.
- Calendly and ICS feeds
Read-only. Bookings and feed events appear in the team view.
- Holidays per country
Public holidays for each person, read-only.

Questions about integrations
Does every person need their own Microsoft sign-up?
No. One Microsoft setup covers the whole company.
How does Google connect?
Two ways. Each user can plug in their own account, or admins can connect the whole Workspace at once. Both can run side by side.
Do Teams and Meet need a separate connection?
No. Teams shares the Outlook setup and Meet shares the Google one. You can pick either as the video target in a booking template.
Can I edit Calendly bookings in herbe calendar?
No. Calendly is read-only. New and cancelled bookings appear in the team view, and you manage them in Calendly.
Which calendar feeds work?
Any public ICS feed, with no login. You can add several per person, each with its own colour and label, and they refresh automatically.
Do we need an ERP?
No. Every other source works on its own. If you run an ERP, it joins as one more source.
