Questions about ERP activities
Is it read-only?
No. The sync is two-way. You create, edit and reschedule activities in the calendar and the changes are written back to the ERP.
Which ERPs does it work with?
Excellent Books, Standard ERP by HansaWorld and Excellent ERP, at the same depth.
What is kept on an activity?
Customer, project and activity type are all preserved.
Can we connect more than one ERP database?
Yes. Several databases run side by side, each with its own colour.
Do we need an ERP to use herbe calendar?
No. It works with Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly and ICS feeds alone. An ERP adds its activities and to-dos.
Can I comment on an activity or follow it?
Yes. The activity drawer holds comments, attachments and a bell to watch it. You start watching when an activity is assigned to you, and watchers are notified of edits, comments and files.
