Client booking

Send a secure link, and clients pick a time that is free in every calendar you choose. The meeting lands where you decide.

No back and forth over e-mail

The client sees only the times you are willing to offer.

One link, no account

Clients open a secure link and book. They do not sign up for anything.

Checked against your calendars

You choose which calendars count as busy, and availability is checked across all of them in real time.

The event lands where you say

An ERP activity, an Outlook event with Teams, a Google event with Meet, or a Zoom meeting.

Booking, fully under your control

Build as many templates as you need. Each one has its own people, availability rules and destination, so a sales call and an onboarding session can follow different rules.

  • Holidays block booking slots by default; a template can allow them
  • A template per purpose

Who can be booked and which calendars set availability, per template.

  • Rules you set

Slot count, buffers, day limits and holiday handling decide what clients see.

  • Video link added for you

Pick Teams, Meet or Zoom as the video target and the link is created automatically.

How to start

  1. Build a template

Choose the people, the calendars that count as busy and where the event should land.

  2. Set the rules

Slot count, buffers, day limits and holiday handling.

  3. Send the link

The client picks a date and a time on the booking page and the event appears where you chose.

Questions about client booking

Does the client need an account?

No. Booking runs through a secure link, and the client does not sign up.

Where does a booked meeting end up?

Where the template says: as an ERP activity, an Outlook event with a Teams link, a Google event with a Meet link, or with a Zoom meeting.

Can I stop clients booking over holidays?

That is the default: holidays block booking slots. A template can opt to allow them.

Can I control how many slots and how close together?

Yes. Per template you set the slot count, buffers between meetings and a limit per day.

We already use Calendly. Do we have to switch?

No. Calendly bookings appear in the team view, read-only, and Calendly runs alongside your other sources. You manage those bookings in Calendly.

Can clients get one address for several meeting types?

Yes. A landing page groups several booking links under one address. You set their order and the names clients see; with only one visible link, clients go straight to it.
