Dispatch board
Day, week and map by technician. Drag a job onto a person; crews move together, and work nobody has planned waits in a list ranked by what matters.

Plan the day, then change your mind
One board for who is free, what is waiting and what slipped.
How it works
Built around the real day
Click any job on the board and its panel opens beside it: customer, site, the problem as written, a four-step timeline and who is going.
- Drag, or use Move
Drag a job to another person or day. Move changes who, day, time and length when you are not using a mouse.
- Crews move as one
Moving a crew booking moves the whole crew. Detach takes one member out without cancelling the job.
- Your calendar alongside
With herbe calendar connected, a read-only Calendar view shows each technician's whole day, and away days are marked.

Questions about the dispatch board
Can technicians pick their own jobs?
Yes. Turn on self-assignment and the unassigned pool becomes their list.
What happens to work that was not finished on its day?
Switch on Show queue and jobs whose day passed without the work being finished get their own tab. Nothing moves by itself: you plan the next visit and the same booking moves to it, no copy left behind.
What if I give a job to another technician?
The first technician's worksheet is dealt with for you. With no work on it, it simply changes hands. With work on it, it is closed as handed on and everything recorded stays.
Do technicians hear about changes?
Yes. They get a push notification when a job is assigned, reassigned, rescheduled or cancelled, so nobody has to keep the board open to learn their day changed.
Does it work without an ERP?
Yes. With an ERP, calendar activities that no job accounts for also land in an unlinked list, where you turn one into a job or dismiss it.
