Van stock
What is in each van and each warehouse, with a minimum per place. Technicians log parts from their van, and a part you do not have goes to the office as a request.

Know what is where
The part on the job is either in the van, in stock or on order.
How it works
Honest numbers, offline too
Levels come from the ERP you connect, as a read-only copy. Every row says when it was read, because a level is only as fresh as its timestamp.
- In the briefcase
Stock levels download with the next days' jobs, so the van list opens without a signal.
- Scan a part
A part's barcode adds it to the sheet at once, with an Undo, or asks for a serial or batch number first.
- Parts from a quote
Parts on the customer's approved quote are listed on the sheet; Use puts one on at the quoted price.
How to start
Open the field demo
Add a part from the van to a worksheet.
Connect your ERP
Van stock reads its levels from the ERP you connect, so that comes first.
Set the minimums
Start with the parts that run out most often.
Questions about van stock
Does van stock work without an ERP?
No. Levels are a read-only copy of what your ERP holds, so this module needs a connection. The rest of herbe service runs on its own.
Does herbe service change our stock levels?
No. The ERP owns them and the app never writes them back. Booking a transfer between locations stays in the ERP.
How current are the numbers?
Each row shows when it was read. A van list refreshes when the technician pulls it, and a part refreshes everywhere when someone presses All locations. Nothing refreshes on a schedule.
Where does the minimum come from?
From the item's minimum in the ERP if there is one, or from your own number for a location. A sync never wipes your number.
