What is herbe warehouse?
A mobile warehouse management app, also known as HApp. It lets you run daily warehouse work from a phone or scanner: goods receipt, deliveries, stock movements, stocktaking and sales orders. It works with your ERP.
Which systems does it work with?
Excellent Books and Standard ERP by HansaWorld (known as Excellent ERP in the Baltics, Finland and Norway). Everything you see and update in the app is synchronized with your ERP in real time.
Who is it for?
Companies that run an ERP and want to make warehouse work mobile: warehouse staff, logistics teams and anyone responsible for receiving, picking, packing, internal transfers, stocktaking or simple sales from the warehouse.
What devices can we use?
Professional warehouse devices such as Zebra and Honeywell scanners, and standard Android and iOS phones or tablets. Scanning works with a Bluetooth scanner or the scanner built into the device.
Does it work in real time with the ERP?
Yes. The app reads and updates data in real time. When you receive goods, move stock or confirm a delivery, stock levels and documents are updated in your ERP straight away.
Do we have to use all the modules?
No. Choose only the operations you need, for example deliveries and goods receipt, and add stock movements, stocktaking or sales orders later. Licensing and setup can follow the modules you actually use.
Can I see where an item is stored before I pick it?
Yes. When you scan or search for an item, the app shows its exact locations and departments, so the picker goes straight to the right place.
Does it support batches, serial numbers and packaging?
Yes. During delivery processing you can view and assign batch numbers, work with serial numbers and handle packaging types, sizes, colours and other item variations as defined in your ERP.
Are delivery documents created in the ERP?
Yes. When you confirm a delivery in the app, the documents and stock updates are stored in your ERP, which stays the system of record.
Can I create a new goods receipt in the app?
Not yet. Today you can view and edit existing goods receipt entries, add goods and update quantities or details. Creating new goods receipt documents is planned for an upcoming release.
Does it support best-before dates?
Yes. When you receive goods you can indicate best-before dates, for proper stock rotation, compliance and traceability.
Can I manage the whole lifecycle of a stock movement?
Yes. You can prepare a movement document, send stock to another location or warehouse, confirm receipt on the receiving side and see each movement's status: completed, partially received or pending. You can also move stock between physical and virtual warehouses.
What stocktaking methods are supported, and can several people count at once?
The standard scenarios, including counts planned by product group, by specific items, by employee or counting team, and from existing entries. You can assign tasks to employees or teams, and each team works on its part while you keep sight of overall progress. Comments on entries explain differences for a later audit.
Does it follow the standard ERP sales workflow?
Yes. You make a sales order, create deliveries from it and create invoices from the order or the deliveries. You can also choose the right pricelist when you create the order. The documents follow the logic of your ERP and are stored there.
Can we try it before we decide?
Yes. Request a demo, tell us about your warehouse processes and we prepare a demo around your setup.
Do we have to change how our warehouse works?
No. The app adapts to your processes: fields, layouts and filters can be customized, workflows adjusted to the way your warehouse works, and you decide which modules to use and how to roll them out.
Who helps with setup and support?
The Burti team. We connect the app to your ERP, do the first configuration of modules and layouts and give practical support for daily use.
