Questions about contracts
Why can a customer not find a contract from last year?
Usually a filter or the wrong company. They click All, and with several linked companies they pick the one that issued it. If it still is not there, it may not have been imported into the portal yet.
Can customers sign a contract in the portal?
Yes. Send the document for signature and the signed copy comes back as an attachment. See the e-signing page.
Does this module work without an ERP?
No. Contracts come from your ERP. A portal that runs only on herbe service has no contracts, because herbe service does not keep them.
