From application to last instalment
Two lists, one trail.
What the borrower sees
Terms in the header, detail underneath
A credit agreement shows its dates, interest type and rate, number of months and monthly payment. A row counts as paid when the invoice tied to it is paid in full.
- Step names come from your own workflow, so they read the way your customers expect
- Application detail
Loan type, amount, rate, months, payment day, fee rows and, for company applications, board members and sureties.
- Linked records
An agreement links back to the application it came from, and each instalment to its invoice.
- Ask on the record
An early-repayment quote or a missing transfer is discussed in the agreement's own thread.

Questions about loan management
Can a customer apply for a loan in the portal?
No. The portal shows applications you have registered and lets the customer follow them. It has no application form.
Who decides the step names?
You do, in your own workflow. They can differ between deployments.
How does the portal decide a repayment row is paid?
It looks at the invoice tied to the row. If that invoice exists and is paid in full, the row is Paid. An open, part-paid or not yet issued invoice leaves it Outstanding.
Does this module work without an ERP?
No. Loan applications and credit agreements come from your ERP. herbe service does not keep them.
