E-signing
Send a document, let people sign it on their phone, and find the signed copy back on the record.
Already a customer? Sign in
No paper, no scanner, no postal return
Signing is part of the conversation, not a separate errand.
How it works
From the document to the last signature
Your staff start a signing in the portal or in the ERP, choosing the files and the people. Signers follow their own link, and you watch the status.
- Staff can cancel a signing. The link then stops working and nobody is emailed about it
- A signed file over 3 MB is not attached; the email links to a page that works for 72 hours
- Any document
Contracts, agreements, deliveries and service orders. A signing task shows a Sign panel inside the activity.
- Several signers
The final email, with the signed file, goes out when the last one has signed.
- Personal codes stay private
Once a signing is sent, a saved personal code shows only its last four characters.

How to start

Questions about e-signing
Which signing methods can people use?
With Dokobit: Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, eID card and eParaksts mobile. With the eParaksts signing service: the signer's own eParaksts app or ID card.
Does a signer need a portal account?
Not for a signing your staff started. The signer gets an email with a link and signs from there.
Who sees the personal ID code of a signer?
The eParaksts service needs it to identify the signer. After the signing is sent it is shown masked, with the last four characters only, to everyone.
What do customers sign themselves?
A delivery, a service order or a document you send. The depth is yours to choose: a button, a signature on screen or an e-signature.
Can a signing be cancelled?
Yes, by your staff. The signers' links stop working, and nobody is notified.
