What the customer sees
One order, its lines and its history
Open an order and everything your customer needs is on one page. Orders are read only for the customer: a change goes through you, in the thread.
- Header and lines
Order and planned delivery dates, order class, sales person, lines with totals and VAT.
- Linked to deliveries
Each delivery shows the order it came from, so the customer can step between the two.
- Read only
Customers see the order; they do not edit it. Your staff change it at the source.

Can a customer change an order?
Not from the portal. Orders are read only for them. They ask in the order's thread and your staff edit the record.
How quickly does a change show up?
Within about a minute. A customer in a hurry can use Refresh data in the user menu.
Does one order show all its deliveries?
Orders and deliveries are separate records, and one order can have several deliveries. The order page does not list them; each delivery names its order instead.
Does this module work without an ERP?
No. Sales orders come from your ERP. A portal that runs only on herbe service shows invoices, quotations and service orders, because herbe service has no sales orders.
