AI support
Ask Claude about your orders and board, and let it do the routine work as you, with your role. Anything that goes to a customer waits for your approval in the browser.

Ask it, do it, approve it
The assistant works as the person who asked.
The assistant
Connect once, choose what it may reach
Each person connects Claude once, through herbe ID, and chooses which tool groups and which companies it may use.
- Some actions run at once, some show a preview and wait for your yes, and anything that emails a customer or cannot be undone is an approval link
- An approval link works once, for you only, and lasts 15 minutes
- Email addresses, phone numbers and personal codes are replaced with [removed] in what comes back to the assistant
- A technician's assistant gets no invoice, quote or setup tools
- Office staff and technicians can also have an Ask button that opens the herbe assistant inside herbe service
- Connect through herbe ID
Add the herbe connector in Claude and sign in with herbe ID. One connector also reaches herbe portal and herbe calendar where you use them.
- Tools by role
Field work, orders and bookings, worksheet review, quotations, invoices, customers and equipment, and setup. Your role decides which you can have, and you can switch a group off.
- Limits you control
Tick the companies it may work in. An admin of your organisation can switch AI off for herbe service for everyone.
AI hints
Small suggestions, always marked, always undoable
AI hints are off until an admin switches them on for a company. A hint may reorder a list, prefill a value or show a note. It never sends, books, assigns, invoices or changes a customer's record.
- Every hint carries an AI mark, a Why? with the reasons and the evidence, and Undo
- A worksheet check shows a neutral note before a worksheet is submitted or approved, and never blocks it
- Names, addresses and contact details are scrubbed from a customer's text before the AI reads it
- Each type is Off, Quiet or On, and an admin decides which
- Visit length
Suggests how long a visit will take in the same length chips the dispatcher presses, with the reasons and what similar past jobs really took.
- Who fits, and which day
Technicians are sorted by who fits the job best, and a day is suggested when someone is already working near the site. Nothing is booked until you press the button.
- Fast-track and similar orders
A dangerous fault or an upset customer moves an order to the top of its tab. Similar orders of the same customer or unit are listed, and a likely duplicate is said to be one.
How to start
Book a demo
We show the assistant and the hints on a real week of jobs.
Switch on herbe ID and AI
An admin switches herbe ID on, and AI on in herbe ID. Then each person connects the assistant.
Choose what it may do
Pick the tool groups and companies, and switch AI hints on for the types you want.
Questions about AI support
Can the assistant send a quote to a customer by itself?
No. It prepares the send and gives you a link. You open it in herbe service, press Approve and confirm it is you. The same goes for anything that cannot be undone.
Does the AI see customer contact details?
Email addresses, phone numbers and personal codes come back as [removed]. Names and street addresses are not filtered, so do not paste personal data into the chat that you would not want an AI service to hold.
Is AI on by default?
No. The assistant needs AI switched on for the person in herbe ID, and AI hints are off until an admin switches them on for a company.
Can a technician use it?
Yes, with the field tools: their jobs, worksheet rows, time and checklists. A technician's assistant has no invoice, quote or setup tools.
What if an AI hint is wrong?
Press Undo and it is put back. A hint can also be marked Good or Bad so an admin can see how it does. A wrong hint costs a click: it cannot email a customer or make a booking.
Where can I see what the assistant did?
In the audit log, under your name, with the name of the AI client. The log keeps the action and the outcome, never what you typed or the answer.
